Microsoft Dissatisfaction Running High, Users Contemplate Switch

Internet Week asked its readers if they “seriously plan to dump Microsoft software.” Only 28% of respondents described themselves as satisfied Microsoft customers. I want Microsoft to drop legacy support with Longhorn. Launch a Virtual PC version of a legacy app if you need to, similar to OS X. Scoble mentions how manager performance is tied to users loving Microsoft. You will piss a lot of people off by forcing them to upgrade, but it’s best for everyone.
