Google tries to lure analysts away from covering Yahoo!

Is it just a coincidence that Google scheduled its “Factory Tour” for press and analysts at the exact same time as Yahoo!’s shareholder meeting? Definitely a strategic public relations (PR) move. I wonder if anyone will stop covering Yahoo! for the day to attend.
